The price includes the apartment rental including VAT, final cleaning after your departure, bed linens, and towels. It also covers free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, and all electricity, water, and heating.

The price also includes normal use of hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning supplies for the length of your stay.

The price does not include the local tourist tax. Parking at the apartment is free for at least one car.

Check-in on the first day of your stay is arranged with your contact person and is usually 3–6 p.m. Check-out on the last day is 8–10 a.m.

You can arrange different times with your contact person on site, subject to availability.

The minimum stay is 2 nights; during peak season, such as the summer vacation, it is 3 nights.

The apartment can be booked through our reservation website around 3–9 months in advance; later dates and prices are released gradually.

After the Reservation Agreement is signed, a 30% down payment of the accommodation price is due within 2 business days. The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before arrival, after which you will receive the door code to the apartment.

If you book less than 14 calendar days before arrival, 100% of the price is due. The full price must be paid before arrival; otherwise the door code cannot be provided and the stay cannot take place.

The security deposit amount is specified in the Reservation Agreement and is always 5,000 CZK, payable before arrival.

The security deposit covers costs in case of lost keys, damage to the building, the apartment, or any of its equipment, excessive mess, and the like.

The security deposit is refunded within 3 business days after the apartment has been checked and found in good condition, with no damage or missing items.

Some people like to eat out, others prefer to cook, and some do both. Unlike a hotel, our apartment leaves that up to you. Our apartment has a new, modern, fully equipped kitchen (stovetop with range hood, compact oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, dishwasher with tablets included, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, pots, pans, corkscrew, etc.).

The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine, with complimentary capsules provided for the length of your stay.

For your comfort, there is a sofa (convertible, so you can lie down to watch TV, play games, or read) and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a modern design and a hair dryer. We have made sure there is plenty of storage, hooks, and even space to dry wet clothes in winter.

By prior arrangement, we can also unlock the washing machine in the apartment.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with internet access and a Netflix subscription.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment to keep it fresh and in top condition for future guests. This includes conventional cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and drugs. Smoking is possible outside in front of the building.

If this ban is violated, we will unfortunately have to charge a contractual penalty of 25,000 CZK plus the cost of any extra cleaning (your security deposit will be used to cover part of this).

If you cancel your reservation for any reason, the following cancellation fees apply:

a) cancellation 10 or more calendar days before arrival – 50% of the reservation fee

b) cancellation 1–9 calendar days before arrival – 100% of the reservation fee
