Our prices include the rental of the apartment, VAT, complete cleaning of the apartment after your departure, bed linens, sheets, and towels. The accommodation price also covers free WiFi, internet TV with Netflix, and the full consumption of energy, water, and heating.

The price also includes the regular consumption of hand and dish soaps, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning supplies according to the length of the booked stay.

The accommodation price does not include local accommodation taxes. Parking is free for at least one car at our apartment.

The check-in time on the first day of your stay is arranged with the contact person, but it is usually between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Departure from the apartment on the last day of the rental should be between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

You can arrange different times with the contact person at the accommodation, depending on mutual availability.

The minimum rental duration is 2 nights, but during peak periods such as summer holidays, we offer stays of at least 3 nights.

Accommodation can be booked through our reservation website in advance for approximately 3-9 months (depending on the apartment), with later dates and pricing being gradually released.

After signing the Apartment Reservation Agreement, a reservation deposit of 30% of the accommodation price must be paid within 2 business days. The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the first day of accommodation and receiving the entry code to the apartment.

If the rental is arranged less than 14 calendar days before the start of the rental, 100% of the accommodation price must be paid. Before the rental begins, the full rental price must be paid, otherwise, the door code to the apartment will not be provided, and accommodation will not be possible.

The deposit amount is specified in the Apartment Reservation Agreement and is always 5,000 CZK, payable before arrival.

The deposit is used to cover costs in case of key loss, damage to the apartment building or the apartment itself, or any of its equipment, or causing excessive mess, etc.

The deposit is refunded within a maximum of 3 business days after the apartment has been checked and found to be in good condition, with no damage or missing items.

Some people enjoy dining out at restaurants, while others prefer cooking for themselves. Some like to mix both options. Unlike hotels, in our apartment, it's up to you how you choose to dine. All our apartments feature new, modern, fully equipped kitchenettes (stovetop with extractor, compact oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, dishwasher with plenty of capsules, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, pots, pans, wine opener, etc.).

The apartment includes a Nespresso coffee machine, with complimentary capsules provided according to the length of your stay.

For your comfort, there is a sofa (mostly convertible, so you can lie down to watch TV, play games, read, etc.) and a dining table with chairs. The bathrooms are modern in design (a hairdryer is available in the bathrooms). In our apartments, we have tried to create many storage spaces, hooks, and even places for drying wet clothes (in winter).

By prior arrangement, we can unlock the washing machine in the apartment.

The apartment offers free WiFi connection. The apartments are equipped with Smart TVs with internet access, and selected ones also have a prepaid Netflix channel.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments to maintain their premium quality for future guests. This includes traditional cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, and drugs. Smokers are welcome to use the outdoor areas around the apartment buildings for smoking.

In case of violation of this ban, we will unfortunately be forced to charge a contractual penalty of 25,000 CZK plus additional costs for increased cleaning or interior cleaning (as a partial reimbursement, we would be forced to use your deposit).

If you need to cancel your accommodation booking for any reason, we are obliged to charge cancellation fees:

a) for cancellation of the accommodation reservation 10 or more calendar days before the start of the accommodation – 50% of the reservation fee

b) for cancellation of the accommodation reservation 1-9 calendar days before the start of the accommodation – 100% of the reservation fee
